Through his successful corporate career in sales, marketing, human resources and consulting, Steve worked with some of the world's most progressive and innovative leadership/culture practitioners and organisations. This included seven years shaping leadership, culture, coaching and teaming for Salesforce globally. In these internal and consulting roles, Steve always brought his creativity, innovation and personal flair to his work in learning, talent, leadership development, culture change, organisation development and employee experience. From large scale conferences to intimate senior leadership offsites and retreats, Steve has always had a passion and a knack for creating “out-of-the-ordinary” experiences. Innovative, edgy and human-centered design has always been a trademark - engaging learners’ “heads, hearts and hands” in unique and powerful ways for maximum impact.

Outside of work, Steve has always had a passion for games. Board games, card games, dice games, party games - whatever people were playing... From being raised in a game-playing family, to becoming a game-playing parent, games and creative play are in Steve’s DNA. Together with his anthropologist wife, Steve developed a side business called The Games Bag, focused on “portable, screen-free games that stretch brains and strengthen connection”. We love to see people connecting, playing, and even learning together - in cafes, bars, restaurants, aged-care centres and other shared spaces. Play connects in special ways.

By combining the best of learning design, game design and visual design, we create and facilitate learning experiences that are engaging, effective, memorable, scalable and highly-commercial.
